Today a break from Brownie Fright Night to participate in Norm Frampton’s #ThursdayDoors event! I took these pics while walking to dinner in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn. The neighborhood is still a little iffy but I’m glad we were brave (or drunk enough) to walk through it!
Makes me feel, kind of, crooked.
I’m Glad you took the walk. Those are beauties. I like the black one a lot.
Thanks Dan – I think I’m finally figuring out how to use my iPhone!
Great door photos, Jan. I really like the photo on the top, of what looks to me like a brownstone house. Great door too. 🙂
There are a lot of brownstones in Brooklyn! I would have liked to have had more time to explore it.
Somebody spent a few dollars on those doors.
I’m glad you took that walk too – that is a great neighborhood for doors. Thanks for sharing these 🙂
Wonder what’s with the boarded up window?
Not all the houses are in good shape – it’s not uncommon to find a well cared for home next to one that’s seen better days!
So much more attractive than the modern equivalents.
Looking at my front door – I’d have to agree!
