#ThursdayDoors: My Favorite Doors

Originally I decided not to participate in Norm Frampton’s #ThursdayDoors event because it’s been a rough and trying week. Two deaths, one of them a suicide, both unexpected.  Instead I took a walk down to my favorite place.

TeahouseDoorsMy favorite door is the panel in the middle.  It’s a barn-style door hanging from hinges thus it slides to one side to “open.”  What do you think it reveals?

  1. So sorry to hear of your sad losses, Jan. How awful for their friends and families. You did well to manage a post in such a terrible week. Your photo reminds me of Japanese sliding doors. Would there be an ornamental garden behind them by any chance?

  2. Dang…. I have other words but don’t think they are appropriate. So sorry.
I think this is the door to the wonderful art studio Joel built for you.
