Talked to a guy awhile ago whose dog ate a poison mushroom and had to spend three days in the hospital with kidney failure (or liver, I don’t remember). Dog pulled through, but it sounded really scary!

This is true! And for what I’ve heard, mushroom poisoning is not the way to go.

I wish I could determine the edible ones. There is one that is easy. I don’t remember the name but, it looks like a bicycle seat, stuck to a tree.
I ate poisonous mushrooms as a child and had to have my stomach pumped out its a no from me 🩵
